Jason Coile

Jason is a lifelong artist and musician with a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Using analog as well as emerging generative technology, his practice is in the creation of richly immersive and interactive audio-visual environments.

Jason regularly offers restorative soundscape sessions for the Florida Community of Mindfulness Center, Rakhma Love and Harmony Holistic Center, among other community groups in Florida and Detroit.

With decades of experience in both creative expression and customer focused experience, he brings a grounded, inclusive approach to sound as a tool for presence, healing, and connection.

Shel Kimen

Shel is a seasoned design leader, speaker, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience in qualitative research, brand strategy, and experience design. She’s held senior leadership roles at Ford Motor Company, Saatchi & Saatchi, and PublicisSapient, guiding cross-industry work for clients like Nike, The New York Times, and Tiffany & Co.

Known for creating immersive environments that blend storytelling, space, and emotion, Shel has also produced large-scale art and music events for thousands.

A longtime student of mindfulness and wisdom traditions, she has led group and individual meditation sessions through a Michigan-based Zen Center and within corporate environments like Ford Design. Her current work explores restorative practices involving color, sound, and energy.

Kristen Couchot

Kristen is a strategic production maven and executive with deep knowledge of the meeting and events industry, and over two decades of experience producing events nationally and internationally.

For ten years she produced PROJECT, then the most prestigious fashion trade event in the US. As Vice President, Operations, she helped clients create innovative spaces to broaden brand recognition, shepherding bespoke collaborations for brands including Vogue, Warby Parker and Fred Perry.

Since 2015 she’s expanded into experiential events, overseeing festivals, live stage events, fashion shows and pop-ups for companies including Bloomberg, Instagram and L’Agence, and produced multiple concerts and events for the City of New York.

A Bay Area native, Kristen has lived in Brooklyn, NY since 1994.  She brings focus, economy, creativity and professionalism to every project she’s involved in.
